| General Guidelines |
1. Anyone can be a Bloomer for free. An ID number is assigned to every bloomer.
2. All items sold in the store have equivalent points. Points for Sale items and other specials during promotional campaign periods are proportionately allocated. Delivery Charges, taxes and other special fees do not have points.
3. Points are computed depending on the type of purchase. Direct local purchases (i.e. cash & carry, phone orders and online shopping) are calculated on a one to one ratio. Points for wired orders through flower networks for either outgoing or incoming send-out orders are calculated based on the net percentage share of Mission Calla Lilies and More.
4. All Bloomers collect points from their own purchases and from all purchases of the whole group of referrals under them without limitations.
5. Points are converted to a dollar value each month to a ratio of 100 points to
up to $5.
6. A Bloomer may opt to collect monies every month or accumulate them and use the points to purchase products from Mission Calla Lilies & More.
7. A member may opt to become an entrepreneur bloomer.
8. An Entrepreneur Bloomer receives Referral Commissions, Standing Order Bonuses, Performance Bonuses, and Grower Bonuses.
9. All commissions and bonuses shall cease if the Sponsor and/or the sponsored bloomer don’t qualify for at least 6 months during the year.
10. A Bloomer membership is considered inactive if the bloomer has no personal volume for 6 months. Membership is discontinued after 12 months of inactivity. Inactive bloomers are not entitled to any commissions and bonuses. Collection of redeemable points however, shall still continue until membership is discontinued or cancelled.
11. A Bloomer may opt to cancel membership at any time. The group volume of the discontinued bloomer shall be added to the next upline Bloomer. The stronger stem of the cancelled Bloomer shall be his/her replacement while the weaker stem shall be moved under the stronger stem.
12. Improper behavior, continuous rule-breaking and misrepresentation of Mission Calla Lilies and More can be grounds for membership disqualification. The decision of the management of Mission Calla Lilies and More shall apply to rule any situation outside these general rules. The management of Mission Calla Lilies and More reserve the right to modify these rules as deemed necessary.
