Mission Calla Lilies and More is committed to reduce waste to a minimum by implementing the following:
• Installing 3 separate garbage bins for Organic materials, recyclable materials and garbage.
• Organic or biodegradable materials such as flower cuttings are collected for composting. This compose of 60% of the flower shop waste.
• Recyclable materials such as plastics and paper are collected for recycling. This compose of 30% of the flower shop waste.
• Only 10% of the flower shop waste goes to garbage.
• Promote the use of biodegradable cello wraps for flower bouquets and use of environmentally-friendly cleaning substances.
• Help promote environmental programs to customers.

• If the sender or receiver of the flower arrangement is not completely satisfied with the purchase, please contact us and we will work to ensure your satisfaction.
• Mission Calla Lilies and More endeavors to re-create the floral design and products you have chosen as accurately as possible. However, the flowers and other products offered on this website are subject to availability, as seasonal and supply changes will occasionally affect floral designs and other items on sale. Our bouquets and arrangements are hand made, so no two will ever be identical. Should the flowers you order be unavailable, we will provide a suitable alternative matched in color and variety, of similar or greater value without, prior notice. We will try to meet any personal requirements, communicated to us by phone, email or fax.
• For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
• For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
• Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.

• Same-day delivery in Mission is available during our days of operation on all orders received before closing time depending on the complexity of the flower arrangement. For deliveries outside Mission, requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but they cannot be guaranteed.
• We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. Time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, weather conditions, and delivery to remote locations. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will try our best to make arrangement with the neighbor or contact the recipient for another time of delivery. A note will be left at the recipient’s door for further details of delivery.
• Notify us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment.
